Who we share it with
To run the site we use providers that process data on our behalf:
- Formspree: receives and delivers contact form messages.
- Vercel: hosts the website.
- Google (Analytics and Ads) and Meta (Pixel): statistics and ad measurement, only with your consent.
- Calendly and WhatsApp: only if you choose to book a call or talk to us there. Each handles data under its own privacy policy.
Data outside the European Union
Some of these providers may process data in the United States. These transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
How long we keep it
- Contact requests: up to 24 months after the last contact, if you do not become a client.
- Clients: billing data is kept for the period required by Portuguese tax law.
- Statistics: for the period set in Google Analytics, at most 14 months.
